The Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of Mississippi recognize that the practitioners in this Court have unique needs when it comes to converting to the new electronic case management system - CM/ECF. To see that we meet your individual needs we are implementing a plan wherein your office will receive individualized assistance. The basis of this plan is two-fold.

A Mentor - A court employee that will be assigned to you to serve as your mentor during the conversion of your office to this new system. That employee will answer your questions and assist you through the process of "going live" on the system. Resources will be available to your mentor including trainers, technicians, other experienced courts and our Administrative Office to assist you.

Training - The training you need will be based on the way you intend to file cases. To receive a user logon id and password it will be necessary that you attend the Court’s program on your responsibilities in the use of this system. It will be your option, however, as to whether you, your staff or all receive the hands-on training provided.
