Internal Revenue Service P O Box 21126 Philadelphia, PA 19114	Pursuant to a letter received from Don Peattie, IRS, Insolvency Manager, the IRS has redesigned the structure of their insolvency operation to have a centralized processing point. Specifically, the office in Philadelphia will process work for the state of Mississippi. Mr. Peattie has asked that the Philadelphia address be used to mail anything we mail the IRS.
Mississippi State Tax Commission Bankruptcy Section P. O. Box 22808 Jackson, MS 39225-2808	The preceding address should be used for service requests under § 505(b) of the Code as well as correspondence sent to the Mississippi State Tax Commission.
