To appeal from an interlocutory order or decree a party must file with the bankruptcy clerk:




Motion - No Fee

Notice of Appeal - $298.00 ($293 appeal fee and $5 statutory fee) If the motion for leave to appeal is denied the bankruptcy clerk must refund the appeal fee; the statutory fee is non-refundable.



Response or cross-motion may be filed with the district court and is due within 14 days after the motion is served.  See Fed. R. Bankr. P. 8004(b)(2)
