A motion for approval of any of the following must be accompanied by a copy of the agreement (if not in the form of an agreed order) and the proposed agreed order.

 

Agreement relating to:

  • Relief from Automatic Stay

  • Prohibiting or Conditioning the Use, Sale, or Lease of Property

  • Providing Adequate Protection

  • Use of Cash Collateral

  • Obtaining Credit

*Movant must give notice to:  

 

(1) Unsecured creditor's committee or its authorized agent.  If no unsecured creditor's committee, then on the 20 largest unsecured creditors.

 

(2) On any other entity, the court directs.

  • Parties who have filed a notice of appearance
