Extend Deadline To File Schedules (Motion)

Effective June 1, 2018, the new local rule 1007-1(c)(1) provides that the court may extend the initial 14-day period to file schedules and statements for an additional 14-days, but the court may deny any future requests without a hearing.  Subdivision (c)(2) requires the motion must demonstrate good cause for the extension.
