Relief From Stay with Agreed Order (No Fee) (Motion)

There is no fee to file a motion for relief from automatic stay that is accompanied with a proposed agreed order “signed” by all parties.  

 

The proposed agreed order must be filed as an attachment to the motion.   

 

The filer will incur a fee when the agreed order is omitted or the agreed order is not signed by all the parties.
