No fee to file a stay of action against a codebtor.   

 

Local Rule 5005-1(a)(2)(D) requires every motion have as an attachment a proposed order granting the motion.   A default order is available on the Court's web site for download.  (See Local form: MSSB-OGRAS).   Bankruptcy Forms/Fees/Local Forms

 

Docket Event:

[Bankruptcy> Motions/Applications> Relief from Co-Debtor Stay]

 

Filing Amended Motion:

 

  1. File amended motion using the above docket event; and

  2. Select "Amended" from the drop down prefix box.
