11 U.S.C.  § 107(b)

 

A motion to file a document(s) under seal shall be filed electronically; however, the actual document(s) to be filed under seal shall be filed conventionally.  Documents can be placed under seal by motion or by court’s own initiative, with or without notice of hearing.

 

The order of the Court authorizing the filing of such document(s) under seal shall be entered electronically by the Clerk of the Court and shall indicate that the motion to file document(s) under seal has been "so ordered".

 

When the court enters an order sealing a record, the sealed documents shall be filed conventionally and will be maintained separately from the case file.
