Waive Credit Counseling (Motion)

11 U.S.C. § 109(h)

Individuals are required to receive credit counseling before filing for bankruptcy.  If the debtor believes he or she is not required to receive credit counseling, the debtor must file a motion for waiver of credit counseling with the court.
