Waive Credit Counseling (Motion)

11 U.S.C. § 109(h)

 

Individuals must obtain credit counseling before filing for bankruptcy.  If the debtor believes he or she is exempt from credit counseling, the debtor must file a motion requesting the court waive the credit counseling requirement.
