20 Largest Unsecured Creditors List

A debtor in a chapter 9 case or a voluntary chapter 11 case the debtor must file with the petition a list containing the name, address and claim of the creditors that hold the 20 largest unsecured claims, excluding insiders.  

 

  • Individual Debtor: See Official Form 104 For Individual Chapter 11 Cases: List of Creditors Who Have the 20 Largest Unsecured Claims Against You and Are Not Insiders.

  • Non Individual Debtor.  See Official Form 204 Chapter 11 or Chapter 9 Cases: List of Creditors Who Have the 20 Largest Unsecured Claims and Are Not Insiders.

 

In an involuntary chapter 11 reorganization case, the debtor must file the list within two (2) days after entry of the order for relief under § 303(h) of the Code.
