Amended Standing Order Procedure for Modification of Chapter 13 Plan (Effective June 1, 2018)

 

 

Modifying a chapter 13 plan after confirmation requires court approval.  The movant must file a motion and *notice with a proposed order and certificate of service indicating that the trustee, US Trustee, and affected creditors were served a copy of the motion.

 

Effective April 1, 2015,  no modified plan is required for previously confirmed plans.  

 

*Effective June 1, 2018, all motions to modify a chapter 13 plan must provide a 30 day objection period.
