Standing Order Procedure for Modification of Chapter 13 Plan

 

Modifying a chapter 13 plan after confirmation requires court approval.  *The movant must file a motion and notice with a proposed order, serving the motion and notice on the case trustee, United States Trustee, and affected creditors.

 

Effective April 1, 2015,  no modified plan is required for previously confirmed plans.
