A Motion to Dismiss a debtor(s) is filed by the debtor, trustee, or a party in interest for the purpose of dismissing a debtor(s) from the jurisdiction of the Bankruptcy Court.

 

Do Not use this docket event when a motion is requesting dismissal for one of the following reason:
