Debtor Request For Email Notification

Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9036

To request email noticing, the debtor must complete and file a Request for Email Notification of Debtor (Local Form MSSB-9036) with the court.

In a joint case, each debtor must file a separate request to receive email notification.

Note: Only the court may send notices to a debtor via email.  All other parties, such as attorneys, trustees, and creditors, must continue to serve notice on the debtor via U.S. mail or in person as required by court rules.
