05/28/2015

Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9037(a)

The filing date of the official transcript is the date used for calculating deadlines related to the restriction and redaction of the  transcript.

During the 90-day restriction period  a redacted transcript will only be available for viewing at the public terminals located in the clerk's office an attorney or party who purchases a redacted transcript from the court reporter or transcriber may file with the clerk a request for remote electronic access. See: Access to Transcript

After the 90-day restriction period expires:

  • The redacted transcript is made available via remote electronic access and at the public terminals in the clerk's office for viewing and printing.
  • The original transcript will not be available via remote electronic access.  However, unless the Court orders otherwise, viewing and printing at the public terminals will be available.

The process to electronically file a transcript through the ECF system is outlined below.
