Notice of Proposed Abandonment of Property of the Estate

The trustee or debtor in possession (in chapter 11) must give at least 14-days (or a time period fixed by the court) notice to file an objection to the proposed abandonment or disposition of property.  See Fed. R. Bankr. P. 6007(a)

The below event to file the notice.  The ECF systems calculates the objection deadline based on the date the filer enters as the service date of the notice.

The above event requires the filer to enter the service date of the notice. The service date determines the objection deadline.
