Professional persons employed by court order must file a detailed application when requesting compensation and reimbursement for expenses.

Requirements

 

  • The application must include the professional's retainer and hourly rate, and include as an attachment an itemized statement of services.

  • When filing a second, third, or fourth, etc. application, the application must include all previous orders approving fees, the amounts, and the hourly rates.
