Exemption from Means Test (Motion)

11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(2)(D)

 

 

The court may not dismiss or convert a case based on the means test when the debtor is a disabled veteran, and the debt was incurred primarily when the debtor was on active duty or performing a homeland defense activity.
