Schedules (Post Conversion)

Within 14 days after conversion, the debtor must file a schedule of unpaid debts ("Post-Conversion Schedules") disclosing the debts incurred post-petition but before converting to another chapter.  

 

Note: There is no amendment fee when the debtor files post-conversion schedules within 14 days after conversion.

 

 

Requirements - Adding New Creditors

Is the 341 Meeting of Creditors Scheduled?

No

  • Amended Schedules with declaration under penalty of perjury

  • Amended Summary of Schedules

  • Amended Mailing Matrix (list of creditors)

 

Note:  File the amended schedules, summary of schedules, and mailing matrix together using the below docket event.

Yes

  • Amended Schedules with declaration under penalty of perjury

  • Amended Summary of Schedules

  • Amended Mailing Matrix (list of creditors)

  • Notice of Amendment with Certificate of Service with a copy of the 341 notice attached.

  • Amendment Fee*  (If applicable)

 

Notes:

 

File the amended schedules, summary of schedules, and mailing matrix together using the below docket event.

 

File the Notice of Amendment as a separate filing using the using the appropriate docket event. See Notice to Creditors Added by Amendment

 

*No fee due if conversion took place within the past 14 days.
